There’s so much happening this month and it’s going to be a whirlwind.
The Dublin Knitwork monthly socials are back on the 3rd after our exciting summer break. It’s another sold out event!

Sculpted by Aimee launched two new products yesterday, and I’ve got a few more stories to share since I was so fortunate to try them out before they went for public sale. I think there are still tickets available for this evening’s masterclass at the Flagship store on Grafton.
The first edition of Ireland’s Midlands Fibre Festival kicks off in Athlone on the 11th. It’s going to be epic. Greg and I will be there for the Makers in the crowd as we’re re-launching The Murphy Leaf’s MarketPlace and bringing our gorgeous vintage, pre-loved,pre-owned textiles, haberdashery and one of a kind items. Go on and give @themurphyleaf a follow over on Instagram.

There’s alot going on with our motor yacht, Adriana. The summer was all about re-storing the Burmese teak deck to it’s original glory. This month we’re working with interior designer, Joanne from Brian S Nolan, can’t wait for the transformation of the saloon, galley and lower deck.

On the knitting front, I still have the Manis top to finish. I must get started on a cosy knit for sweater weather.
My yarn stash is growing over on the Adriana. That’s where I’ve stored my By Choice & By Design Yarns from @townhouseyarns, just waiting to be knit or crocheted into something beautiful.

And finally, so excited for @eriu.ireland Samhain KAL with @frederique_knits later this month.

Yours truly,
Diane
